6. Make a new appointment

If you chose delivery by courier from your location, and the parcel was not received at the appointed time, you can extend it through your account.

  1. Log into your account Alphadiscounters.com.
  2. Click on your profile icon in the upper right corner and select “Orders“.
  3. Select “More Details” in the order that includes the returned item.
  4. Click “Refund Requests”.
  5. Click “Set a new collection date” and select a convenient day and time.
  6. Finally, select “Save”.

If the receipt failure concerns refund for different stores, you will need to repeat the process for each refund separately.

If the carrier does not receive the parcel at the appointed time, you will also receive an informational email with the heading “Updating the return receipt”.

Important note:

If the option to schedule a new appointment does not appear in your account, you need to contact us.
