How do I request a refund?

If you want to return an item purchased through AlphaDiscounters, you can send a refund request directly from your account.

Request for a refund

1. Log in to your AlphaDiscounters account.
2. Click on your account icon and select “Orders“.
3. Click “Refund Request” next to the order you want to return.
4. Select the item you want to return.
5. Select the reason why you want to return the item.
6. Select whether you want to refund or replace the product if the option appears.
7. Fill in the “Comments” field with additional information.
8. Upload a photo of the product.
9. Confirm that you have been informed of the refund policy.
10. Go to the “Receipt Information” section.
11. Choose whether you prefer to return the parcel to the ACS store or instruct the courier to pick it up from your location. If you want to return the parcel to the carrier, select the store that serves you. If you want the courier to pick up from your place, choose your address and a convenient day for you to pick up the refund.
12. Enter the request.

Useful tips:

• Review the exceptions for returns to make sure that the item can be returned.
• Immediately after sending a refund request, you can cancel it by clicking “Cancel Request” on the refund page. If the option does not appear, contact us.
• Make sure that you have properly packed the package for return by following the instructions for preparing the package for return.
